⚡️ the 30-second version
FilipinoHub is a community platform for Filipinos living in Hong Kong: a place to find employment resources, local services, legal guidance, and community events. The content was all there. The structure wasn’t helping people find it.
I restructured the platform around what people are actually trying to do, cutting the steps to key resources by 50%, then supported it through QA to launch and caught 60+ issues before go-live.
An existing community platform where help was buried. My brief: make it findable, for people navigating an unfamiliar city, and protect that intent through to launch.
50%
fewer steps to key resources
60+
QA issues caught pre-launch
